Daouda Is the Head of Climate Action and Health Resilience at Foundation S The Sanofi collective.
As Head of Climate Action and Health Resilience, Daouda leads Foundation S work in supporting vulnerable populations and countries to adapt and build resilience against the health impact of climate change.
Daouda has always been committed to help growing a sustainable health system for vulnerable populations, especially in Africa where he was for over 20 years the Executive Director of ENDA Santé – a leading NGO in sub-Saharan Africa – and the CEO of the Civil Society Institute for Health, leading country and regional programs related to Community Health and HIV, Rights to health, Climate impact on Health in Africa among others.
In addition to that, Daouda has 25 years of extensive experience in the provision of technical assistance to countries on Health policy formulation and program implementation on health, human right and sustainable development.
Daouda is a social economist and specialist in Public Health and development programs, and has authored/ co-authored several scientific publications on HIV, sexual and reproductive, health human rights and on sustainable development in Africa
